Custom Aluminium Van Floor – Mercedes Sprinter

Custom aluminium raised floor fully designed, fabricated, and installed for a Mercedes Sprinter.

The project involved designing the floor layout from scratch, fabricating a lightweight welded aluminium frame, and fitting a hard-wearing checker plate deck to create a strong, durable solution while keeping overall vehicle weight to a minimum.

Built for commercial use, the floor maximises load space and strength with a clean, professional finish throughout.
